      The STM32F103C8T6 is a medium-density performance line with an ARM Cortex-M3 32-bit

microcontroller, 48-way LQFP package. It combines a high-performance RISC core that operates

at up to 72MHz, as well as high-speed embedded memory, enhanced input/output range, and

external connectivity to two APB buses.

     The STM32F103C8T6 features a 12-bit analog-to-digital converter, timer, PWM timer, and standard and advanced communication interface. A comprehensive set of power-down modes allows designers to design low-power applications
