The TXS0104EPWR is a 4-bit in-phase converter, using two separate configurable power rails. The A port is designed to track the VCCA. The VCCA supports any power supply voltage ranging from 1.65V to 3.6V.

The VCCA must be below or equal to the VCCB. Port B is intended to track the VCCB. The VCCB supports any power supply voltage in the range of 2.3V to 5.5V. This allows the device to perform an arbitrary low-voltage bidirectional conversion between the 1.8V,2.5V,3.3V, and 5V voltage nodes. When the output enabling end (OE) input is low level, all output is placed at a high impedance state. The  TXS0104EPWR was designed to be powered by the VCCA for the OE input circuit. To ensure high impedance during power or power off, the OE shall be connected to the GND over the pull-down resistance.

     TXS0104EPWR devices are suitable for communication and networks, portable devices, consumer electronics, computers, and computer perimeter, drain open circuits,s, and push-pull applications. The number of pins 14 of the device, its operating temperature is-40℃ ~ 85℃ (TA), using (5 mm * 4.4 mm *1.15 mm) full volume package TSSOP-14, to facilitate safe delivery and payment.
