The TL431AIDBZR device is a three-end adjustable parallel voltage regulator that can meet the specified thermal stability within the

applicable automotive, commercial-grade,and military-grade temperature ranges. The output voltage can be set to any value between Vref

(about 2.5V) and 36V by the two external resistors. These devices have a typical output impedance value of 0.2 Ω. Active output circuits provide

very sharp conduction properties, thus making these devices an excellent alternative to Zener diodes in many applications, including onboard

voltage stabilization, adjustable power supplies, and switching power supplies. The TL432 device has  the same functional and electrical

characteristics as the TL431AIDBZR1 device; but has different arrangements of DVB, DBZ, and PK packaging pins. The TL431AIDBZR

devices all have three grades: B, A, and standard, with the initial tolerances of 0.5%, 1%, and 2% at 25 C, respectively. In addition, the low

output temperature drift ensures excellent stability over the entire temperature range.
